Relocating several fixtures in a small bathroom and planning on the attached DWV layout. Does anyone see any issues with DWV routing and sizes for Florida which follows IPC?

wet vent can not be 1 1/2 inch. must be 2 inch.

or...put a 2 x 1 1/2 san te (TY) into the 2 inch vent stack. eliminate the 3 x 1 1/2 "Y" in the toilet drain.

Without a floor plan, I would move the 3" to where the lav riser is, the tub would still go into the side inlet tee, and the lav would go into it.

Thank you Packy. Will revise the wet drain to 2". Can't eliminate the wye since I have limited headroom in the crawl space (~24" height) to allow another fitting above the 3x3x3x2 in the main stack. What is not shown in the sketch is a 3" combo wye below the 3x3x3x2. Appreciate your feedback.

Thanks hj. That would eliminate the branch vent and put everything in one stack. The trap arm for my tub would be about 6' which should be OK with a 2" tub drain. Will definitely look further into this. Feedback is appreciated.

where you have printed on the drawing (2 inch stack vent) is where you would put a 2 x 1 1/2 san tee (TY) for the lav drain.
then eliminate the separate toilet vent (3 x 1/2)as it is vented thru the 3x3x3x2 san tee

the lav and the stack vent are centered on opposite walls so there is no way to get over to the stack vent without going down and under the crawl space which results in a long trap arm that exceeds what is allowed. I also have a problem with headroom in the crawlspace. This is the reason I was hoping to tie into the toilet drain with a 3x3x2 wye.

As long as I revise the wet drain to 2" do you seen any code issues with the layout in the sketch?

just keep thw 2 inch toilet vent full size all the way to the 2 inch vent stack.
the arm for the lav drain can be 1 1/2..

will revise wet vent and associated dry vent to 2" with 1 1/2" trap arm for the lav per attached final sketch. Greatly appreciate comments from all and alternate suggestions. Very impressed with this forum for knowledge sharing and helping people out.
