In recent we bought a new GE portable dishwasher, before we bought the machine I told my wife
that we might have connection problem due to the faucet head many not easy to match the DW .

When the machine arrived, the first thing I noticed was that my modern pullout faucet head.
there is no way to connect to the DW adaptor.

So I went to my local homecenter to buy a old type non pullout faucet and
which is good to fit with the DW adaptor.

Everything seems good until several days later I notice there were
few water dips leak under the sink cabinet, then I guess I may not sealed the faucet base well, those cheap faucet
just using a piece of hard plastic but no gasket. I put silicone sealed around the base to see if it works.

Days later I checked it didn't work, still water drops. So I think it may be the Faucet problem. I went back
to the store to replaced it with a new Delta one and installed it. Few days later still water drops. then I
put the plumber putty on the faucet base to sealed it/ No it didn't work, still water drops.

Where were the drops
coming from?

Is the problem caused by my new DW? Foes the drop come from the faucet itself?

I am going to give up and put a small box to hold the water drops.

Do I have to use the rubber gasket?

You are asking questions that we could only answer AFTER checking the faucet and installation.

I hope you are turning the faucet off after the dishwasher has filled up. The spout is not designed to withstand a constant pressure of 60 - 80 psi, which is your incoming water pressure.
If you did not tighten the dishwasher adapter on to the tip of the spout tightly, a leak at that joint could make its way under the sink.

Could be the supply lines to the new faucet dripping, could be lots of things. Get under the sink cabinet and dry all the piping off completely, then stay under the cabinet with a flashlight while the dishwasher is running and you will see where those drops of water are coming from.

Whatever the issue is, silicone, plumbers putty, pipe epoxy or similar products will not help you, the solution is to clearly identify the where and how it is leaking, and fix that.

"Where were the drops coming from?" Exactly. Dry everything up, and stay there long enough to isolate where it's coming from. Is it the drain? Is it the faucet? Is it the hot side or cold side, is it only doing when faucet is on, is it doing it when DW is on, does it still do it if you disconnect the DW, do you have a disposer? Is the DW discharging into the disposer side outlet? You need to determine exactly where it's leaking from.
