yes you can but not the way you have it drawn.
the outlet from the trap can not slope more than 1/4 inch pre foot.
it also must tie in with a sanitary tee not a wye.
and the trap can be no more than 6 feet (my code) from the vent.
the vent above the san tee can be 1 1/2"

Is the " 2" Waste" a horizontal or vertical pipe?

Looking at the event take off to an elbow I was on the impression the waste pipe is horizontal and the trap arm from the shower is just drawn looking like it's dropping down at a 45.
