 Briggs undermount bathroom sink

I have four Briggs Industries Inc. undermount sinks Model #3000-1-2-3-4-5, looking to replace all four with that model or something similar, sink bowl is 17" x 13 1/2", counter opening is 18 1/2" x 15 1/2", color is white.

That's a 19" round sink and there are many replacements available for that size. With the 15 1/2" dimension, I'm guessing the faucet is countertop mounted and not sink mounted? If this is the case, that might be an issue with faucet hole locations.
