Under slab on grade water leak
Author: schwansa67 (WI)

Hey all. I have to check out a slab on grade leak under cement or at least try to isolate and figure out something. The customer went from 1000 gallon per month to 5000 gallons per month usage. Everything above apparently is ok. Toilets not leaking from tank to bowl as they put dye in to check, sillcock is ok, no water leaking that's visible. Guessing copper tubing pinhole leak underground. I'll isolate the hot water heater valve to see if it does anything. But is there a way to check/listen thru cement floor via sound scope or something?? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

PROFESSIONAL leak locators, not someone with a stethescope, can pinpoint the leak.
