New homeowner, old house.

Bathroom sink faucet.

goal: remove and replace what I think is called the cartridge/stem from the hot side.

2 items

1. Identify faucet. Not needed if you can help with item #2.

2. How to remove cartridge/stem from hot side? I have it partially disassembled. The cartridge/stem is recessed. See photos. I don't know if further disassembly is needed before the cartridge/stem can be removed.

If further disassembly is needed before the cartridge/stem can be removed, what tools? Strap wrench? What else?

The handle it self looks like Kohler Antique line......but not the rest of the faucet.

Looks like the stem/cartridge can be removed with a deep socket. The end body under the sink will most likely twist when trying to remove cartridge. You will need to hold it with a back up wrench. You may have to remove chrome tube before you can remove cartridge.

Hard to tell from here for sure.
