 bathroom sink faucet

Hello everyone, Would like to get some recommendations for a 4 inch center set bathroom sink faucet. I could go with either a single handle or two handles and would appreciate any recommendations for a brushed nickel finish in the $100.00 or less price range.

About ten years ago a member of this group recommended the Gerber Viper toilet. I'm very happy with that toilet which works as well today as the day it was installed.

Now, I am looking to replace a really old bathroom faucet and welcome any suggestions. Does anyone have any thoughts pro or con about Delta faucets?

Thanks again for this great plumbing forum.

under 100 dollars ???

you wont find much in brushed nickel if you find anything at all in that finish.

You are correct.

The last time I bought a bathroom faucet was in 1998. There are some brands available today that I never heard of so

I would appreciate any recommendations for a 4 inch center set faucet, either single lever or two handles.

Thanks for your replies.

I don't like the supply lines Delta faucets come with. Usually to long and to stiff. There is a joke there some where. So stiff that sometimes they put to much tension on the faucet body and make it hard to keep it aligned while installing. Just my opinion.

I would stick with a know brand....Moen, Kohler, Grohe, Pfister, American Standard, Hansgrohe, Delta etc.

They all offer a lifetime warranty. Save your receipt for proof of purchase.

I just had a customer get over $ 1200.00 worth of new lav faucets, shower valves etc. from Moen under their warranty.

20 years old, original owner, sent them pictures, replacement parts no longer available, so they sent complete new faucets etc. with no push back.

Good Luck.

This is very informative. I would never have thought that anyone sells refurbished faucets!!

Are they marked refurbished? Where are they sold?

I ask where so I can be sure to NOT buy one of these.
