I’ve got a leaky faucet in my one bathroom. I assume I need to replace a washer and/or an o-ring. What I can’t figure is how to get the handles off to access it. On the side of each handle is a hole almost like for a set screw but looking in there/using a Flathead I can’t find any slot or screw. Is there another way to fix this I’m not aware of?

Yeah. It kinda looks like those but the spout goes straight out. It does look like set screw holes in a similar place on the sides of the handles. Not sure how long it’s been there but I think a while. If i can’t get the screws(assuming they’re there) off any other ideas? Or time to call a real plumber?

Found the screws/got them removed. But even with that I can’t seem to get the handles off. Any thoughts on how to remove them?

I tried some lubricant on it and now I’m letting it sit before trying again. The cold water works fine but the hot water pressure isn’t normal. It’s less. Cartridge going bad? Something else? Yes both shutoffs are fully back on.

Try turning the "bell" trim below the handle, and see if it will unscrew upwards and push the handle off the stem.
