 kallista rough
Author: kallista nightmare (NY)

I have a kallista trim model 19108-00-0-na and was looking for the rough that is discontinued . I have Benn having a nightmare locating this piece. Kallista seems to have a history of just discontinuing internal pieces of the trim only to introduce the same trim later. This practice forces a problem for anyone owning the older trim . I think that its an unfair practice for such high end product to use this practice . if anyone can help me get this rough it would be appreciated .
PS kallista was of no help in this setting

Did you try googling "19108-00-0-na"? My result shows only one company selling a rough, and they're selling it for $1344. Website didn't state call for availability.

I would try your local plumbing supplier and see if maybe they have an 1 laying around I know Ferguson supply sells kallista…

Kallista isn’t the only manufacturer to discontinue parts and even whole models often there is another who is far worse also begins with a K what a coincidence
