Delta one handle shower spurts water out
Author: MsKim (MO)

thank you, I had a new Delta shower installed when the water first comes on it spurts out the water from the shower head, then the water will run for a little bit and it will do it again just not as forceful as when initially turned on, and continually has the shower runs.
I was told air may be in the pipes and what to do to clear the air, that didn't solve the issue.

Improper installation of the piping to the tub spout may be the culprit IF the diverter is on the spout.

Irregardless, call back the installer as it is THEIR problem.

Assuming licensed bonded insured and PERMIT pulled.
