Hello everyone,
Cannot find the replacement cartridge at the local store. Looks like it’s just a generic brand, trademark UPC is the only thing mentioned.

Google "133504 cartridge". It was used by various companies. It was used with 133505 balance module.

Thanks for the information, found at local store and on amazon it was expensive (3.5 times more). It works no leaks, the handle does not flush like before (gap from the top when closed).

It looks like the stem was cut down on the original cartridge, which would lower the handle and close the gap ?

Yes both of you are correct the length of the stem on broken one was shorter.
