Can someone help me identify the model number for this shower valve that's leaking?

1300 series Delta. Now we just need to find out if was made after or before 2006 because there two different cartridges, to do this you have to remove the handle and chrome cover and take a picture.

I think it's a wannabe Delta. Delta usually puts their name right on the trim plate and I've never seen a Delta shower with a loop handle. Hopefully it uses a Delta cartridge if it is a wannabe.

It is not a loop handle, it is a lever handle, very common for Delta valves.

What I thought was a "loop" is actually a reflection of the cleansing balm tube.

oh that's a Delta... pull that handle and escutcheon off and if the cartridge is white and blue it's before 2006 if it's gray and white it's a newer cartridge.

delta rp46074 (newer than 2006)

Delta rp19804 ( older than 2006)

if you know what you're doing you can split that cartridge and just replace the washers and springs.

Thanks, all!!! I'll just get both cartridges and use the right one. Yes, customer reported a Delta (which we can't see on the pic).
