Hi,
I am based in Wisconsin and trying to finish my basement. During the process, I wanted to add a bar sink at a location. In order to plumb everything correctly, I needed advice.
The sink for the bar is about 12 - 13 feet from the nearest drain pipe which has been provided for a sink in a half bath. Half bath has a rough in for a toilet too and a three inch drain pipe close by.
Here are my questions -
1. Can I connect the bar sink drain pipe to the 2 inch wet vent pipe provided for the sink in half bath? How would I provide a vent for the bar sink?
2. If yes, how would I go about connecting the bar sink drain pipe to the bathroom sink drain?
3. Do I need to have a vent line for the toilet too which I would have to connect to the 1.5 inch vertical pipe provided for sink in half bath? Is that needed and or allowed?
4. If the toilet needs to be connected to the 1.5 inch pipe then are three connections allowed on the vertical pipe?
I would really appreciate any advice regarding the matter above.

Option 2 is the proper principle to vent the new sink
BUT
the vent needs to turn the corner and run around the wall at the shown elevation THEN drop down to the drain in the wall near the trap.
ELSE, because of the pitch and length of the run, you would have an unvented 's' trap.

option three (if your code allows it) is to turn the corner run the drain to the sink and use an AAV under the counter.
if not allowed, follow my friend from SC's advice.

I would plumb it this way. [postimg.cc]
Use Sanitary Tees. 2"x1 1/2" where you tie in and 1 1/2" for the bar sink. The HVAC volume will be minimal. Use MS elbows.

i 'mis-spoke'
not option 3 which is an AAV ('legal'), but, IMO: not good practice if avoidable
