 water not flowing in misc. places and flowing in others

i have 2 bathrooms on my floor. just recently a sink in one no longer flows but will drip but the toilet works. then in the other bathroom the sink works but the entire shower doesnt but will drip a little here and there and the toilet is shut off, but has been for a long time and everthing else was fine. my landlord claims to have not shut anything off, but i dont know what is going on and how to figure it out.

My estimate would be: 1. to either repair or replace the bathroom sink faucet. Possibly install new stops at this faucet.
2. Repair shower valve. OPTION B: install a new shower valve.

the owner of the property, your landlord, would need to call me and agree to my quote.
then work is done because we have a contract. sorry but there are some landlords out there who are really bad and it takes an act of congress for them to open their wallets. lol

there are some good things about being a renter like not having to pay for, diagnose and repair the plumbing.
My last rental I signed a contract saying I would not do any of my own repairs.

talk to your landlord and demand a remedy.
