We have a sand point well that is in an insulated heated pump house. We recently put a slab and crawlspace under our small house (crawl space is also heated) but we believe that we have a frozen spot in the supply hose from the pump to the main shut off under the house. They ran the supply hose through PVC in the slab and ground to the small pump house. There is about 6 inches of space between the house and the pump house. My thought is that that is where the freeze is. Unfortunately, they did not run heat tape through the PVC. We have full pressure in our pump. I have tried using a blow dryer from underneath the house blowing it down the PVC but did not free anything. Any suggestions on how to thaw the part that is in the 6" where I think it is frozen would be greatly appreciated. Right now we have not had water for 24 hours Thank you so much!

It will be almost impossible to thaw a plastic water line that is encased in a conduit maybe try a space heater and fan to warm it slowly,is the line insulated inside the conduit?
