I contacted Moen and Delta support - Moen said its not theirs, Delta said
"Please be informed, that the image provided from your end is a monitor series, however, it is not a Delta brand and we are unable to determine the exact brand hence, unable to confirm the model number and brand."
I guess by not delta brand they mean it must be some generic? And no I looked everywhere there is no fine print anywhere.

I've search images of the valve body and came up empty. Remove the handle and chrome sleeve and post a picture of the rest of the valve body and the cartridge end, to see if that helps. I'm thinking it might be a knockoff valve.
In your original post, you stated you want to retrofit it. What do you mean by that?
