Author: jaycheunge (CA)

Hi there, I have a shower valve stopped working, it rotates, but does not flow hot water, but I have hot water from all other faucets. I'm trying to take it off, but the value does not have any screw on it. How do I take it off

You unscrew the black disc above the gold rings. It will probably be tight because there may be a rubber washer underneath it.

Is it like a screw I turn it counter-clock wise? or is it like a cap that I can just tip if off

Unscrew counterclockwise as you're looking down upon it.
