This shower handle is harder to turn and temperature seems to be a little off towards the hot side. I need help identifying the make and model, or the part number for the handle if it’s still available. For starters maybe I can remove and apply plumbers grease? If and when I change the cartridge, on this handle, do I need to turn off the house water? It’s unit at a huge condo and it will be difficult.

The handle looks like a Nibco (Lasco part # LK85555). I don't know what cartridge it takes, but you will certainly need to shut the water to service the valve.

Thanks!
I've only found one source and it looks like it's back ordered.
Anyway, can I replace the handle without turning off main water? I'm assuming it should come out by prying the center disk and probably a screw.

such parts can often be found in various street markets, and not in official stores
