I have a finished basement that includes a full bath. During construction the builder installed a Zoeller 267 to take care of the bathroom sewage. That was 15 years ago. The Zoeller failed last week and I called a major company to replace it. The guy came out to assess the situation and said they would be back the next day to put in a new Zoeller 267. However, when they came back the guy said he could not get a Zoeller so he was going to replace it with a ProFlo 93511. He said they were exactly the same. The price of the job was based on the Zoeller 267. I can’t find a good source on line to tell me if the ProFlo 93511 is equivalent in quality to the Zoeller 267. I am wondering now if this was a fair substitution or a possible bait and switch. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Author: steve (CA) I can't speak as to a quality comparison, but an online search shows the ProFlo costing a little more than the Zoeller.

Author: bsipps (PA) Proflow is a fairly new brand sold by Ferguson supply, I've never installed their sewage ejector pump but their faucets are not horribly built... I am a zoeller guy myself
