I have this ten year old Kohler shower that now has only hot water coming out. No cold water at all. All other showers and faucets throughout the house are normal.
I removed the handle to access the (red) temperature setting and adjusted the set screw inward and it didn't change the temperature. I adjust it to the max inward and still no change. Just for kicks, I even backed out the set screw and still now change. Sizzling hot water.
Why would this happen? Do I need to change the PBU?
What's the model number on the shower and/or PBU part number?
I'll contact Kohler for replacement PBU (?) but wanted to make sure it will resolve the problem or if I need to do something more.
