 Wall Faucet Leaking
Author: 120volts (CA)

Hello. I’ve got two leaks on a wall mounted faucet. Any idea on the make and model?

1. It’s leaking from the hot side nut. I removed the retaining nut and sure enough the washer was deteriorated. I should be able to get a washer to replace it. Still pic just to show water dripping:

2. There’s water leaking from the cold side on the top. I suspect I need re-do the packing nut. I tightened it slightly but it did not help Or do you think I need to replace the valve? If so, what’s the part number? Hard to see, but leaking from stem:

Here’s the faucet:

Looks like T&S Brass -

Parts breakdown -

They make a lot of variations of spouts etc. - but if I remember correctly the stems are all the same and the wall mount eccentric connections all use the same gasket.

Contact T&S to confirm before ordering. They have a office in Simi Valley - Southern California - home of the beautiful people.

Parts are pricey. Most likely have to order them.

From what I can see in the picture looks like they might have a illegal connection below the spout.

Let me guess ....in restaurant ? Never know what you will find.

Thanks, Curly! Haven't heard from you in awhile. And yep, it's a restaurant and they rigged the black hose for an adjoining sink.
