Bathtub hot water not getting very hot but everywhere else is. I have 3 spouts. Hot water heater is turned up. I have a bee mobile home. How can I get the hot water hotter to my bathtub? Help please?

not familiar with mobile homes, but it sounds like an issue with your tub faucet. Maybe needs a new cartridge. just a guess without pictures or more info.

The home itself is just a year old. Would a cartridge go out so soon? What do you need to see as far as p tired? Tell me and I will take some and post them.

There may be a "stop" behind the handle, remove the handle and turn spline with you fingers see if it gets hotter, you should be able to turn the stop more to the left

I doubt that you really mean "3 spouts" in a mobile home. Do you mean three handles, i.e., hot, cold, and diverter?
