 Is this done correctly
Author: Kevinz (CA)

I have done the following work and I need some help/advice. Many thanks in advance.

There are 2 toilets and one shower drain sharing a vent. They are shown in the photos below.

The first one is a toilet that has a 3 inch pipe goes down, then making a 90 turn. It uses a
3 in. x 3 in. x 2 in. ABS 90-Degree All Hub Elbow with Low-Heel (from home depot)

and then connect to the vent. Then the drain is connected to main 4 inch drain.

See Phone 1.

Now the second toilet looks like this. See photo 2:

It uses the same fitting to connect to vent.

Photo 3 shows you the shower drain. Please note the shower drain is 2 inch pipe .

As you could see in this photo, it has a p-trap, then connect to a T, the down side of the T goes to main, and upside links the vent, where is uses something like this

to connect to the vent for both toilets.

Question is:

1: Would this work properly?
2: Is there anything that is against the code?
3: Is there anything that could be done with a better way?

Again many thanks! Thank you for reading my questions and I am very grateful.

Would it work? - Probably
Is it legal? - Almost none of it is legal.

Please provide a floor plan with fixture locations, location and flow direction of main, wall locations and preferred above floor venting location(s), if you have any.

Thanks a lot for your reply! Thanks a lot for your help. Again I am very grateful.

HEre is floor plan.

The xxxx is a wall. in this wall there is a vent pipe goes up. vertically. to the roof.
The main drain pipe is directly below the wall, water goes from the from right to left (towards the word "WALL" )
Please let me know how to make them legal. Thanks a lot.

Here are the measurements.

The first toilet is about 13 inch from the wall. The wall is 4 inch.
THe shower is about 60x36. (green line is 36 long) and the second toilet is another 15 inch out.

At risk of offending, that is a mess. The trap on the toilet is way wrong.
