Author: NotEarl (NC) Hi. Apologies if repeating a post. Just direct me if so. I tried to replace an Oatley single arm cut off and quickly realized the inside dimensions were not the same. The new one(also an Oatley) is approx 1/16 larger and it doesn’t seal- at least the laundry room floor is clean. Any suggestions before I tear out the wall and replace the whole unit Thanks in advance.

Author: NotEarl (NC) Leak? More like a water fall. The old unit would not fit- too small- over the new base. Thus putting the new unit on the old base, it seemed like water was free flowing.

Author: bsipps (PA) I've had the same issue cut open the wall and put an access panel where drywall was removed or patch hole with sheetrock
