Author: useronthis (Canada)

I have this shower faucet that i cant figure out how to remove and change due it wearing out and starting to leak.
the plate is kept in place by a thin metal pipe/sleeve i tried to turn it (didnt apply to much force), anyone have a clue how i can do this without having to resort to brute force?

That "keyway" on the stem would usually indicate a Pfister faucet.

is the whole trim plate one piece?
does the smaller circle in the center pop off to reveal fastening screws?
