Hi, I had a grohe smart control system installed. One panel with 3 buttons for shower, tub and hand shower. The hand shower button sticks out when not in use. The others are all flush. Anyone know if this is a common problem or know of an easy fix?
Thanks!

grohe site say push to start and push to stop.
it also says turn to adjust flow.
does knob move in and out when you turn it?
i don't have any experience with that particular set-up but i have done a bunch of other grohe products.
i can tell you they are top quality but their installation instructions are not installer friendly at all.

if it says 'turn to adjust flow' then it probably SHOULD stick out to enable said turning

Is it functioning properly? If so, What's the issue? Grohe has good tech support, when they finally answer.
