I have a free standing bath filler it is to long 43 inches and I want to cut it down 16 inches. The water line that comes with it is has a M10 fitting on one end and 3/8 fitting on the other end. I ordered one from Amazon but the M10 side diameter was smaller than what I needed. There was no dimension listed on the one I ordered.
First question, does the M10 fitting come in different diameters?
Do anyone know where I can order one that is 16 inches long?

Is the 10mm end on the new hose smaller in diameter or is it too short in length?

The one that I ordered, the M10 connector was short in length and smaller in diameter.

you may have ORDERED an M10 but you did not GET an M10 - assuming the one you have IS an M10
M10 = metric 10mm = an actual SIZE
