 Dishwasher supply line install

Installing a new dishwasher. The supply line shown in the link above is left from an old install. How can I hook a standard 3/8" fill hose into this? Could not get the clamps or end piece off.

You can do the same as was used for the faucet by removing that SharkBite cap and then using a SharkBite by 3/8 compression straight stop valve. You have some seepage it appears from that tea on the hot water line where the spray foam is so you should have that taken care of to prevent damage from the water leak.

i don't understand why you have 2 shutoffs on each pipe?

anyway, you remove the sharkbite cap from the hot water pipe and slide on one of these.

look for a video online about removing that cap.
i would shut the water at the water heater just in case the existing valve doesn't work.

because the additional valves could be added w/o shutting off the water
(which would have been the correct way of REPLACING the existing failed valves)
