Purge cycle jets in tub randomly running
Author: wayneroseberry (WA)

We have a Maxx Kashmir jetted tub.
Have not used it in a while - probably over a month. The tub is dry.
This last week, the purge cycle/dry jets started running. Randomly. Once every 4-12 hours or so.

Idea for a cause/fix?

for now, shut off the circuit breaker.

look for an access panel or see if the apron is removable.

you will need access to the motor so someone can do some testing.

if you need to have someone cut some access then do it before calling someone for repairs.

as for the on/off problem, someone needs to be there to do the troubleshooting.

more than likely it is a switch problem?

Try resetting the electronics, by turning off power to the tub and then restoring power. This came from a Maax operation manual.
