Can larger toilets, with oval seats, take Fluidmaster 2in. Toilet Repair Kit Parts?

I think that Fluidmaster parts are the most commonly used, and probably available, repair parts for toilets. I have been using them successfully for years, on normal size toilets; however, I don't know if they are still compatible with the larger toilets.

I appreciate any advise y'all can give me=)

The bowl shape(round or elongated) doesn't matter. The design of the tank is what matters.

All of the fill valves have stayed the same. Some of the newer flush valves are 3" and would need a 3" flush valve replacement.

fluidmaster makes a 3" flush valve replacement.

They used to make a toilet called the Great John, actually I think the stool part was custom but the tank a standard size

was it the one referred to as the Titanic toilet?
