If a toilet is dry flat vented on the end of a 3 inch wye with a 90 on the end. The lav is draining into the end of a 1 1/2 x 3 x 3 combo under the flange that connects to the side of the 3 inch wye. Can you change the 3 inch dry vent 90 to a 1 1/2 x 3 x 3 low heel 90 and connect the lav drain to the 11/2 on the heel to keep the 3 inch dry vent is washed by the lav?

yeah, there is something in the code about venting a toilet out the back of a heel inlet 90. it is allowed if the vent is 'washed' by the lav.
problem here is that the vent is considered a wet vent and must be 2 inch.

Yes the existing pic is close. the flange goes in to a 3"combo and the 1 1/2 lav in the end of the combo. The combo goes into a flat wye and 45. The flat vent connects to the end of a flat y with 3 feet of horizontal pipe and a 90 to vertical. The3" dry vent connection would be washed by the lav?
