At a loss here. We purchased a soaker tub from Wayfair. Installed in February. Right away noticed it would not maintain water level and upon inspection realized the popup stopper is missing any form of washer/oring/etc to create a seal when the drain is pressed into position. There is a recessed groove that would expect holds in place an orig or washer to creat the seal between the stoppr and the tub when pressed down. Have tried for a couple months to get help from the Wayfair to no avail.
This can't be that difficult except for someone that knows nothing of such things - like me.
The popup stopper says UPC on it which I assume is the manufacturer, but can't find anything on the internet.
I can send pictures as I dont have a web site to post a link.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thx

UPC = universal plumbing code

if you are lucky an "O" ring kit may supply a proper seal - your plumber should have one
