 Recommended sewer sump pump with grinder

Had Plumber change septic system sump pump.New pump doesn't have the capability to grind up material,just pumps septic water out only, and pump stops up(every 3-4 days). Can anybody recommend a inexpensive sump pump with grinder that I could try to install. I am 63 years old,quarantined have some skills my Father who was a maintenance man taught me.Water Overflowing sump pump tank,having to use 1/2 HP transfer pumper that I bought for temporary fix.Septic system is 32 years old and I am on my 7th pump,soon to be 8th pump.On 5th aerator.I am near Lowe's,Home Depot and plumbing supply company.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks.

You mention "inexpensive." Given that you are on your eighth pump, you might want to shop for quality and longevity, which should save you a lot of money over time.
