 Toto Toilet Fill Valve
Author: 120volts (CA)

I've got a Toto toilet fill valve that goes on and off every three seconds. I assume it's a faulty valve--the flapper is fine.

Can I replace with a Fluidmaster or does it have to be a Toto valve?

depends on the location of the flush lever.
if you have room for the fluidmaster float to go up and down then yes you can.

see how this toto has the arm bent around the fill valve. in this case a fluidmaster will not fit.
