What size washer will replace the neoprene washers on an angle stop?

the replacement washer for brasscraft angle stops are different than a standard washer. they are not held in place by a screw but they push over a cone shaped tip in the center
the hole in the middle of the washer is larger than a conventional washer hole.
here is a aftermarket repair kit for angle/straight stops.

what if it's not Brasscraft? I own old apartment bldgs with lots of different brands of angle stops.

brasscraft prints their name on the handle.
I don't know if you can see this but it says 'brasscraft' on the handle.
if yours are not brasscraft then you will have take it apart to see what the innards look like.
