Old faucet fixtures stuck
Author: Dawsonneedshelp (WV) Hello, I have access the facuet fixtures underneath the tub through the access wall. I am at a lost I can not get the old fixtures apart from the cold water supply line. I have tried Pb break, I have cranked on it and it does not budge. Any advice would be greatly helpful. I am not sure how to upload photos to this site. [postimg.cc] Edited 2 times.

Author: packy (MA) the larger (corroded) nut turns to the left while the nut above it is held stationary with a second wrench. what you have is this. it should not need Teflon tape on the male threads. maybe just a touch of grease to make it tighten easier.

Author: hj (AZ) IF that is NOT a "faucet swivel connector", and it does not appear to be one, you will have to cut the tubing to remove it.
