Can I Repair This? What’s the Make?
Author: 120volts (CA)

I have this faucet that has no identification marks or emblems and where the pull out sprayer toggle switch is not working. As seen in the second picture, there is a brass nipple that should be toggling going up and down. It can push down, but stays down. I can pry it up with pliers, but then it just stays up. Hard to do dishes this way. Lol.

Any way I can fix this?

Can anyone help identify the make and model? Maybe I can just get a new sprayer but need the manufacturer. Faucet is only three years old.

@Steve: Awesome and many thanks for finding this!

I called them and they're sending me a new sprayer. Funny, she asked for my phone number and they had all my data already on file. I asked how she knew and she said I had a previous replacement part before. Then I remembered I had received a Water Ridge bathroom faucet aerator about four years ago. Anyway, I was still hoping to fix the toggle switch to learn but a new sprayer is definitely more welcomed.

The only way you are going to parts to "fix" the toggle is if you take the parts out of your new sprayer. Normally, they are NOT intended to be repaired, which is why they do not supply parts.
