Where else would you plug a submersible pump into. It is probably GFCI protected anyway.

Actually, it is "pull up and recharge" outlet for the eels. The meter is just outside the photo.

The duplex receptacle is ivory, the cover plate is white, should really have matching colors!

Usually my preference would be to have the ground blade on the top, but in this case, safety would dictate that it is better to ground the water before energizing it.
