Sink Faucet to 3/4" I.D. supply

Newbie here, but at least spent 1/4 hour searching before posting. Have standard Delta faucet with 3/8" compression fittings. Supply line is 3/4" I.D. female brass with what looks like standard threading. What would be the minimum supply-valve connections to make this work? Store here valve with 2 to 3 adapters: inelegant and pricey. Installation's overseas; will need to take stuff with me. Is there a better place to post or look than here?

Author: hj (AZ) First we would have to know for sure it is 3/4" BRASS, which would be unusual.

Author: LI Guy (IN) Reduce the 3/4" to 1/2" then use a standard 1/2" IPS to 3/8" compression shut off valve. As noted, depending where overseas you may be better off buying supplies when you get there. - - - - - - - Not a plumber by trade but a fierce DIYer
