Hello -
Looking for some guidance on a subject. New bath install in basement, concrete removal, plum then backfill; that's the idea. Toilet, Shower, Vanity and Tub all in same bathroom - There is no existing vent that can be tapped. I know there are those restricted area vents (used one before). Can you use those for all the four applications (Toilet/Shower/Tub/Vanity)? Wouldn't that cause an issue w/smell in regards to the toilet? What about just venting through through the side of the house (basement sill plate)?
Would appreciate any input.
Thanks - Ryan (Ohio)

Hard to say without seeing how the fixtures are located/connected. How about posting a drawing of how you propose to plumb, you will get better comments.
