This is a butterfly pavilion inside the Fairchild's Tropical Botanical Gardens in South Miami. The gutter and downspouts are all copper.
These copper seems quite a bit thinner than the copper drains and supply pipes I am used to seeing. Is this a different type of copper?
Also, I do not see any solder along the joints. How are these fittings connected?

I would think they used something like (Copper lock)...a solderless gell.

Well, the problem is how the copper roof can drain? Its so frustrating moment when you see your house is getting damaged by water that flows either from the terrace or from the roof. Well, after reading for your post I suddenly got to remember about the roof damage we had faced at our farmhouse when it was raining heavily. The damage would have cost more than $1200 but as one of my neighbor suggested to contact public adjusters like [www.alliancepublicadjusters.com] who will help to get high restoration amount from an insurance company. The damage is repaired by plumber hired by the insurance company and now it's working well.
