Moen pull down kitchen faucet flow. Can I make flow better by cheating HA?
Author: schwansa67 (WI)

Moen pull down kitchen faucets generally have 1.5GPM. The newer faucets suck for water flow and diameter of stream. Obviously moen won't advise. So here we go... If the "screen" with the holes ((under)) the "o ring" can be drilled out or removed will that do it or is the actual spray head limited to 1.5 Gpm. Even city water pressure at constant 70 psi is not good. The spray is not forceful just looks pretty. On pressure tanks it's even worse obviously. Yes there's heavy pressure coming out from stop valves. I am a master plumber but just need some advice on these faucets. I know they mandated water flow consumption but for kitchen faucets just not really good. Any respectful advice would be honored. (all the faucets are new not calcified) Thanks!
