Hello: I have a customer with Kohler dual showerheads. One is on the wall as typical and one is on the ceiling. Three handles control things. The one on the left is the "toggle" from wall to ceiling showerhead; the center one is temperature control; the one of the right is the shower to tub (I believe). I forgot to ask what the big one one the bottom of the three controls.
The problem: when the shower is one the wall showerhead water drips from the ceiling showerhead as well. Much like a tub diverter when they start going bad.
I've never worked on these before so I need some help in:
1. Identifying the Kohler model number
2. What do I need to open and change? I'm thinking the one on the left that controls the toggle between showerheads or the ceiling shower gasket possibly?
3. If I need to change the toggle valve, what's the model number on it?
4. How does the handle remove? I didn't see the allen screw off hand but maybe I didn't look close enough.
PS. As usual California is burning currently with the major Camp Fire fire where at least 59 lives were lost. There is a member of our church who lost his house and I am donating my car to him. Sorry, I just had to share that. Horrible situation up there.

This one "toggles" between the two showerheads according to customer but it says "H" "C" so I don't know:
