 Low hot water pressure

Okay totally stumped on this. I replaced my water heater a week ago and I dont have hot water pressure at tub faucet and kitchen sink. I've tried the vinegar through the pipes trick and replaced shower faucet cartridge. Nothing changed. Could really use some input I feel as though there is a blockage and i just dont want to RIP the pipes out. The tub is directly above the water heater the floor above

When you had your cartridge removed did you flush out the water lines prior to installing the new cartridge. Also make sure your aerators are free of debris by flushing them carefully. Good luck.

I am amazed. Not only have I NEVER "tried the vinegar in the pipes trick", I have never even heard of it until now. Whatever the problem is, since it does NOT affect all the faucets, it is localized to the two that are affected and we cannot diagnose that without being there.
