I have an old (says '87 in the cement) interior French drain/weeping tile system in my basement that I intend to redo. It likes to over flow when it rains a lot, or there's a lot of snow melt. I busted open a few sections to see what the problem was, and I was expecting it to be clogged. It wasn't clogged at all, and seemed fine. Then, I noticed that they apparently put plastic sheeting over the gravel, and cemented right over it with no gap for drainage. So it's actually the 1-2" trough along the wall that's over flowing, because the water is flowing in thru the weep holes faster than it can seep into the French drain.
Now, for my question. Can I buy 12-18" wide strips of dimpled material anywhere? Having a 90 bend in it would be nice, but not a must. Only see rolls of 4' wide stuff, or the companies that have what I'm looking for, only install it.
I'd rather not have to buy a roll and cut it all up, but seems like my only option right now.
Any input is appreciated.

I have absolutely no idea what you are trying to do. What kind of pipe/tile did they use, because there are usually openings in the bottom for water to enter it.

I did the exact same thing in my basement. I had to buy a roll and cut it into strips, but it worked great. Bent it 90 and left about 8” horizontal over the gravel around that drainage pipe
