Im losing water pressure in my shower inside a prison. they electronically controlled through a solenoid. Any ideas on what could be causing it? I called the manufacturer and they never had this complaint and the pressure coming to the shower fixtures is fine

Look at the link for a troubleshooting guide. First you need to check pressure and flow rate going into the cell or pod. Then I would start at the water outlet from the servomotor(s). The outlet has a pre-determined flow control installed that looks like a rubber bullet. These can vary from .5 GPM for lavs to 2.2 GPM for showers. These are rubber and can start to swell and close up after time. Another common occurrence would be at the Check Stop Strainer located before the servomotors. To check these the water will need to be closed before disassembly.
