There’s a bunch in the picture that can’t be seen i do believe it could have been ran differently looking for advice for the next one!

The 2” pvc line with the pipe laying up in the joist is that a vent ? If so it will not pass inspection. You can not ty any vents together until you are 6” above the flood level rim It would also be helpfull if you listed what fixtures you have tied into each line you have.

That is a vent the vent runs up through the subfloor into the second and into the attic

What is the fitting in the red circle?

Is it a cleanout tee rolled up at 45 degrees with a street 45 into it? Can't quite see it. Is that a vent take off or is this a drain?

That is a sanitary tee with a 45 and that is a vent
