while trying to raise my concrte decking around a inground pool, the company inadvertently filled my skimmer piping with foam. Is there a way to disolve it without disolving the PVC piping? I am told that because of the 90 degree elbows, it cannot be snaked? Any ideas would be much appreciated. we are talking about 20-25 ft of pipe.

Is the entire run filled? Any idea how many 90s? What diameter pipe? I would start with the manufacturer of the foam. Does the foam installer take blame for this? UV light damages foam.

I have only been able to remove expansion foam mechanically (scrapper and elbow grease).

Cannot snake through pressure fittings.

I would consider the option of cutting the pipes at the pool and at the pump/filter and redo the runs in between.

The whole purpose of the foam is to minimize the work of repairing the out-of-level concrete. They screwed up......ask them how THEY want to handle the repair.

Try carb cleaner
It will dissolve it
