 plumber unclogged but not unclogged

Last week, Noticed gurgling in kitchen sink when main bathroom shower being used, went to check and water all over floor from toilet base. also backed up into master bathroom shower and toilet not flushing. Had plumber out and he snaked way deep (beyond 35 feet 'cuz the had to go get more snake) and he said he got it, it was clogged with hair and baby wipes (yeah I know they're bad). So he advised only use 1 or 2 per flush and get flushable ones so we've been super careful since. Still having issues with kitchen sink gurgle and master bathroom toilet not flushing. Can I use Rid-X to help break up whatever seems to still be clogging it (we are on city sewer) or do I need to have plumber come back out? And if so, are we going to have to pay him again or should he do it on his first bill 'cuz he didn't complete it totally apparently?

He needs to come back and use the proper tools to clear your drain. He should camera it to determine the issue. You are probably going to reset your toilet as it sounds as though the wax ring has failed. Depending on the location of your shower (if it is down stream from the toilet), the Plumber may be able to snake through the closet bend

IF he only had a 35' snake, it was the WRONG one. The shortest proper snake is usually 75'. 35' snakes are small ones for sink drains.

That covers drains with traps, but NOT main drain lines.
