yes you can..
the manufacturer supplies a special tool for removing it.
see the little square notches in your aerator.
you need to engage those and turn counter clockwise.
there are a few different varieties so have a look here at what you want to do..
something like this is available if you want to get it. be aware that it says "fits most" so there is always a chance it won't fit yours ???

Awesome!!!
Thank you so very much!
Do you know if it has threads on the inside so something like this could be attached?
Do you have any idea what size hole that might be? 15/16?
Thanks again for all the help!

i have no idea what size your aerator is ???
you will have to remove it to find out..
once you figure the size out, there are many faucet adapters available.
one of these has to work..

plus:
soak the faucet end / aerator in vinegar before attempting removal
either:
tie on a vinegar filled plastic bag
or
prop up a cup from below
either way - submerge the faucet end/aerator for 4+ hours
then you might be able to unscrew the aerator with needle nose pliers

I may be wrong, but I think that aerator is well past the 'soak in vinegar" stage.

Just do not be surprised if it doesn't work. And if it doesn't that is when the fun begins.
